Abstract
This technical companion preserves distinct operational interfaces that should not be forced into one physical apparatus theorem: absorbing matched-template instruments; complete detector-output comparison and finite microscopic closure repairs; finite charge-reference measurement; preparation costs of nonlinear product-response interpretations; and task-specific versus general-effect calibration and online monitoring. Results are conditional mathematical constructions using ordinary quantum probabilities. Model scope, output omissions and preparation/reference costs remain explicit. The note is comprehensive technical support, not a new Born-rule or consciousness paper.
